Carrier holds a BS in History from Texas Woman鈥檚 University and a MA in Arts Administration from the University of New Orleans.聽From 2022-2024, she held the position of Director and Curator for the Iberville Museum, where her focus was Collections Management, and operational robustness. She has previously held positions聽in fundraising, records and information management, and collections management.
